Described as calm, unruffled & balanced

you may be wondering what I know about feelings of overwhelm or inner chaos.

Quite a bit as it happens…

I’ve always been curious…

My brain has a default setting of ‘well why’ and regularly sends me off on
unplanned journeys. Not surprising then, my working life has reflected
this. Initially a PA in a global bank, my career path explored the
industries of fashion, skincare, health & wellbeing. Then my heart
found its home in the world of education and coaching.

But there was trouble brewing…

On the outside, I had it all together. A 20-year career in education, intertwined with wellbeing passions. Raising two active boys whilst
juggling all the modern-day family life challenges.

Nailed it…. Not quite.

A perfect storm of midlife hormones & stress that had reached chronic levels heralded, amongst other things, anxiety-fuelled panic attacks that left my confidence in tatters. Simple activities became a minefield of challenges. Leaving the house took at least 15 minutes & sometimes I didn’t make it out at all. Decisions became impossible.

Overthinking… Overwhelmed…  I’d lost ‘me’.

My ‘precipice burnout era’ neatly arrived the start of a global pandemic
and at the same time as a sudden and total emptying of my happy nest. Brutal.
There was, however, help on the horizon… My ‘well why’ curious brain.
While the world was in lockdown, I reflected on one of my favourite
quotes “start where you are, use what you have, do what you can”.

It resulted in a big decision…

Change everything & come back stronger!

I went on a journey of discovery & the lessons I learned have been life changing. With one hand securely on my existing knowledge I delved deeper into the power of our thoughts; especially around belief systems and self-esteem. Having worked in the fashion industry I already understood how your outfit can affect your psyche. So, I took this knowledge step further and studied to become a qualified Style Coach. I added to my existing Health & Wellbeing knowledge with many qualifications including nutrition, mindfulness & journalling.

Change your thoughts, change your world

With this expansive package, I provide a service that is so much more than life coaching alone. Supporting my client outcomes within a unique framework of skills, experience & knowledge so they can write their next chapter with confidence.

Choosing your guide

Whilst knowledge, wisdom, experience & qualifications are important, the mentor who supports your journey is too. Infused with analogy and empathy, yet with a firm hold on reality, my calm but enthusiastic energy will fuel a journey of self-discovery, re-aligned purpose & ultimately intuitive wellbeing. Values and beliefs should be a key part of your choice. These are mine.

Next chapter thoughts can sound like…

“I’d love to but…” The map is too difficult to navigate. You don’t know where to
begin. So you don’t event set out.

“What’s the point…” Life feels like you’re wading through festival mud &
getting no-where. So you might as well stay here.

“Well, what now…?” The landscape of life has changed and although you feel
there might be ‘more’ you are wondering if you are ‘too late’.

Footprints in the sand.

Who do you need to be to get where you want to go?

This is one of many questions we will consider. Then I help you become her…

Seeing wonderful women grow into new versions of themselves so they can enjoy their next chapter is very, very simply: My ‘why’.

Unsure what to do next?

Our brains are hardwired for comfort, & change is hard, which leaves most people ‘stuck’.  But if you’ve come this far, there’s either a niggle you can’t quite put your finger on, or you’re at the point where you know something must change. Either way, let’s see if we can navigate you out of the choppy water…

Discovery calls can feel intimidating, so in the spirit of calmness, I offer a ‘discovery first step’ instead. Less stress, more chilled.
